Caring for Gold and Silver Pieces
Over time, all fine jewelry pieces can become a treasured family piece if it is properly cared for. The surface of gold and silver jewelry can easily lose its sparkle and timeworn prongs and clasps can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewelry.

The Mustard Seed Workshops is pleased to offer the cleaning of gemstones, the restringing or pearls and repairing broken or worn clasps and earring backs. Each piece of handmade jewelry comes with its very own individually packed complimentary travel size Town Talk Polishing Cloth to shine away dull surfaces revealing a new and sparkling sheen.

Caring for Fresh Water Pearls

Pearls are a stunning natural gemstone hervested from pearl oysters. Made of organic materials, pearls and are sensitive to perspiration, dust, pollution, acid solutions, alkaline solutions and humidity. To preserve your pearls' beautiful luster and radiance, avoid contact with artificial chemicals such as cosmetics, hair spray and or perfume.
Often time, a pearl's luster can also be harmed by perspiration and daily wear. To prevent your pearls form becoming dull in nature, gently wipe pearls with a soft dry cloth.

Caring for semi precious stones
Dust, daily wear and oils on the surface of your skin can all conspire to cloud the brilliance and radiance of natural gemstones.

Storing jewelry pieces

Pearls are exceptionally cohesive and shock-resistant, but may be scratched upon contact with sharp objects or other gemstones.

To prevent tangles and scratches, fasten clasps and pins when laying each piece in a compartmentalized jewelry box.

For best storage result, you may want to store your pearl pieces in The Mustard Seed Workshop's custom designed hard case jewelry box, which has been fitted with a velvet inner lining.
When carrying or transporting Fresh Water Pearls do use a protective jewelry pouch to prevent contact with sharp objects or surfaces.

Product Exchange and Product Return policy

1 Year Free Product Warrantee
The Mustard Seed Workshop is happy to honor full warrantee on all of our jewelry pieces as best we can.
Our warrantee policy includes restringing pearls, repairing clasps and earring backs at no additional cost, except that of international shipping cost.
Simply send in the following 5 items:
* Item purchased that is in need of repair
* A copy of the original receipt with date of purchase clearly legible
* A detail description of the reason for the product return
* A return address, Email contact and contact number

The Mustard Seed Workshop is based in Hong Kong, and we are happy to ship orders internationally. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship products to P.O. Boxes and or APO addresses and conflict zones at this time.
